  1. Service Description We provide professional cleaning services, including residential, commercial, post-construction, and specialized cleaning solutions. The scope of services will be clearly outlined during booking and may vary based on client requirements.

  2. Service Hours and Availability Our services are available by appointment during specified business hours. Requests outside these hours may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to adjust service availability based on demand and capacity.

  3. Payment Policy Payment is required upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer. Any additional charges or fees will be discussed upfront. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

  4. Confidentiality We respect the privacy of all clients. Any personal information shared with us will be protected and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

  5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the agreed time. Any specific instructions or requirements for the service should be communicated clearly in advance. The premises should also be reasonably prepared for the cleaning staff.

  6. Company Responsibilities We will ensure that our staff are trained, professional, and equipped to provide the services as agreed. Any damages or losses directly caused by our staff will be handled in accordance with our liability policy.

  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours] in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated rescheduling may be subject to availability.

  8. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Clients may request the use of specific products, which must be provided by the client if not part of our standard inventory.

  9. Limitations of Liability We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items left unsecured, or damages caused by external factors beyond our control. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  10. Service Guarantee We aim to provide services that meet or exceed client expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.

  11. Terms Modification We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes prior to their next booking.

  12. Complaints and Feedback Clients are encouraged to provide feedback or report complaints directly to our customer service. We are committed to resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
